It seems impossible to make sense of the insane behavior that humans inflict on one another and on our very planet. The relentless news cycles (funded by those of all opinions and "sides") reveal more and more the need to be human to one another when we're within sight, sound, and reach of eachother.

Years ago I composed an instrumental piece on my third CD called "NOEIWAUL", an acronym for "no thing on earth is worth an unspent life", and played on my beloved triple-chambered ocarina.
All these years later, the instrument comes out again ~ and the reminder remains.
