Hi neighbors! I hope this finds you well.

Due to a policy shift at our "more often than not" venue for many of the 18 years of the FMOM, we're no longer allowed to accept cash donations there, monies we've collected for local non-profits each time we've gathered to share songs, stories, poetry, and art of various sorts.

Thus I'm on the lookout for a new place where we can convene! The "requirements":
|
~ there is no charge to use the venue
*we will leave it as clean or cleaner than we found it
|
|
~ we can gather 7-9 PM on "off nights" - not weekends
|
~ we can have a donation jar for our neighbors in need
|
|
This need not be a permanent home, just for the next one!
|
After that we'll see what happens.
|

Thanks for any ideas ~ this could be a cafe, a municipal building, a senior center, a town hall, an office, a tiny desk (NPR reference :-), another library, whatever! If you have connection, if you can find out if our criteria are met before you get in touch with me I'd be most appreciative.
